Who’s behind The Woodyard Kitchen?
That would be us… Caroline & Dave.
After more than 30 years of dreaming (and over 30 years of experience in hospitality between us!), we decided it was time to create something of our own — and share our love of incredible food with you all.
Dave has worked as a chef for more than three decades, across the UK and in Sydney, Australia in 4-5 star hotels at AA 2 rosetted level and later moving into Product Development for some of the UK’s leading retailers. Food innovation and flavour are truly his passion.
Caroline spent 20 years in hotels across events and sales, followed by 8 years in the charity sector specialising in corporate partnerships, philanthropy and trusts — bringing organisation, creativity and a love of people to everything we do.
We’re huge food lovers and travel enthusiasts — recently returning from an amazing trip to Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. One of our forever favourites though? Kefalonia, Greece (expect some Mediterranean inspiration with a few Greek twists on our menus!)
