Thirst and Thistle

Thirst and Thistle offers tailored bar services for all occasions. At the heart of it all is René, our fully equipped vintage bar, featuring two integrated fridges, an ice cooler and space for up to five taps, keeping your drinks perfectly chilled and flowing throughout your celebration.

While you relax, mingle and enjoy the moment with your guests, our team takes care of the bar. In the lead-up to your event, we’ll work with you to create a bespoke drinks menu, from beers and refreshing favourites to a signature cocktail designed to reflect your style.

Whether you’re looking for a fully staffed bar, dry hire or a flexible payment option, we can tailor our service to suit your celebration.
