I have worked in the industry for 10 years now starting off in restaurants in London and moving about through Michelin kitchens learning and growing as a chef. I then moved into private work, going away with clients and experiencing the larger events and different side of the industry. Now I specialise in corporate, private and other events. I specialise in British produce and creating memorable dishes and evenings for clients using the best of British.
