Twenty4 Group is a multi-division service provider delivering professional Event Security, Medical Cover and Facilities Support across the UK.
We specialise in supporting festivals, live music events, sporting events, private functions, corporate events and community gatherings, providing fully compliant, experienced teams that prioritise safety, care and operational excellence.
Our Security Division supplies SIA-licensed event security, crowd management, stewarding, access control and control room support. Our Medical Division delivers event medical cover including First Responders, FREC-qualified clinicians, Paramedics, Ambulance and RRV provision, mental health response and on-site treatment facilities. Our Facilities Division supports events with pre-event setup, cleaning, hygiene services and post-event clear-downs to ensure venues remain safe and presentable.
We work closely with event organisers, local authorities and emergency services, operating in line with The Purple Guide, industry best practice and robust risk assessment processes.

Our Story
Twenty4 Group was built from first-hand experience on the frontline of security, medical response and facilities services. Long before becoming a group, our founders worked directly within events, venues, healthcare settings and commercial environments — seeing what happens when safety is treated as a tick-box exercise rather than a responsibility.
We witnessed too many situations where services were under-resourced, staff were poorly supported, and decisions were driven by cost alone, not by people, safety or outcomes. That experience shaped our belief that things could — and should — be done better.
Twenty4 Group was created to deliver joined-up support services that put people first. By bringing Security, Medical and Facilities & Cleaning under one trusted group, we remove gaps in communication, improve accountability, and provide clients with confidence that every aspect of their operation is covered properly.
We do what we do because safe environments don’t happen by accident. They are built through preparation, professionalism and care — whether that’s managing a large public event, responding to a medical or mental health incident, or maintaining clean, compliant workplaces like office blocks, venues and commercial sites.

Twenty4 Group is led by Jason Batten, a hands-on director with extensive frontline experience across security operations, event safety, medical response and facilities management.
Jason founded Twenty4 Group with a clear purpose — to raise standards across the industries he has worked in for years. Having operated on the ground at events, venues and commercial sites, he understands first-hand the importance of proper planning, well-trained staff and putting people before profit.
Supporting Jason is a trusted team of licensed security professionals, qualified medical clinicians and experienced facilities & cleaning staff, all selected for their professionalism, reliability and commitment to high standards.
Our team includes: • SIA-licensed Security Officers & Event Stewards • FREC-qualified clinicians, First Responders & Paramedics • Mental Health Response & Patient Transport staff • Facilities management, commercial cleaning & hygiene teams

Experience
I bring many years of frontline experience across security, event safety and medical response, gained within some of the most demanding environments including large public events, nightlife venues and high-risk settings.
My background spans SIA-licensed security operations, crowd management and event leadership, alongside hands-on work as an event and nightlife medic, delivering rapid medical care where pressure, unpredictability and public safety are constant factors.
Alongside event work, I have also built a strong career within health and social care, where I became an award-winning Senior Support Worker, supporting individuals with mental health needs and learning difficulties. This experience has given me a deep understanding of de-escalation, safeguarding, dignity, and compassionate care, skills that are critical in both emergency response and everyday service delivery.
Working across these sectors has shown me where systems fail — when services are under-resourced, staff are unsupported, or decisions are driven purely by cost. That insight is what led me to build Twenty4 Group: a business grounded in real-world experience, focused on doing things properly and putting people first.
