The spark for Two Guys One Grill actually came during a random conversation with my tattoo artist at a convention in Paris. I’d always wanted to run my own business, and when the idea of a street food trailer came up, everything clicked. I threw myself into months of non-stop work—building out the trailer, sourcing the best equipment, and making sure zero corners were cut so we could launch at the absolute highest standard.

What started as an ambitious project has quickly turned into a complete lifestyle. For us, it’s not just about selling food—it’s about exploring new places, meeting incredible people, and seeing the genuine reaction on a customer’s face when they take that first bite. We don't have a single "typical" client; we’re just passionate about showing up, putting on a great service, and making people happy wherever we park up.
