We have a great looking little trailer and sell a new, innovative take on the tortilla wrap. Pocket Wraps are a warm, sealed and toasted tortilla, served in a small recycled cardboard pocket. More like a pie or a toasty than a traditional wrap, they’re very easy to eat, very fast to serve and we think, rather tasty! Our menu is a fusion of mainly European foods and predominantly include cheeses, home cooked meats and fresh salad/veg. We’re able to vary the menu to suit and can cater for vegan and vegetarian where required. Ideal for festivals and outside events where people are wandering around with drinks but still want to be able to eat without needing 2 hands to do it. We’re a limited company set up in 2018 so still new but have gained a lot of useful, practical experience to date. The feedback on our food is excellent and we have a high proportion of returning customers at our regular pitches so we must be doing something right. Interested? Please get in touch.
