All our dishes are made using fresh, high-quality ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives—just wholesome food prepared with care and love. Our mission goes beyond food. We aim to support and uplift our community by: • Providing hot meals to those in need • Offering free cooking classes • Supplying ingredients to support home cooking and nutrition Vegilite was founded by a qualified nutritionist with a PhD in Life Sciences, bringing both scientific knowledge and a passion for community health into everything we do.

Vegilite was founded with a simple mission: to support our community by helping those in need. We do this by providing free hot meals and offering complimentary cooking classes to individuals who may be struggling. The idea began two years ago, when my son and I noticed a man standing at a traffic signal, clearly in need of food. My son offered him money and a snack box, and that small act of kindness sparked something bigger. From that moment, Vegilite was born. Today, with every business opportunity we receive, we dedicate a portion of our earnings to giving back—ensuring that our growth directly benefits the community around us.

I have over 12 years of experience in the catering industry, where I have developed strong expertise in food preparation, nutrition, and community-focused service. My work has also been recognised by Stockport Council, where I was honoured with a Mayor’s Award for my contributions to the community.

We have experienced in corporate and private catering as well as the small wedding catering too. We are specialised in customising the menu according to the needs of the clients
