About Warwickshire Events Ltd

We are Warwickshire Events. WE are a family business with over 10 years of experience within the exhibition and events industry. WE can help you if you are planning a small event, a party, a corporate event, a product launch, your wedding, or even a large-scale event. WE pride ourselves on our personal service and attention to detail.

WE have a converted horsebox trailer bar, called The Juniper Joint, a pop-up Gin bar, a Pimp your Prosecco station, and a variety of bespoke equipment, signs, and props available to buy and hire. If you don't see what you are after make sure you contact us as we can help your idea, no matter how crazy, come to life.

WE are based in Warwickshire meaning we can get to most places in the country in a minimal amount of time, don't think that distance is a problem!

WE also have a converted horsebox Potato Van called Potato Box, meaning we can now offer catering at events. Jacket potatoes are popular with customers looking for warming and healthier alternatives to other hot, fast foods. WE always aim to give customers quality produce at affordable prices. Our delicious jacket potatoes are cooked Pickwick Oven. This enables us to serve up delicious jackets that are cooked to perfection.

Typical Clients

We have covered parties taking place at people's houses, private weddings, and large-scale events such as the Wasps fans village at the Ricoh Arena, where over 31,000 people were in attendance. We can cover parties and events from a handful of people to tens of thousands.

We provide bespoke client services for private parties, weddings, corporate events, product launches through to large arena events.

Tasty food and a happy office

Lois visited our office last week and provided us with Jacket Potatoes, with a variety of tasty toppings. Everyone seemed to like the food, and had nothing but good things to say about it. Lois and Co were lovely, and friendly while setting up and serving. I would recommend them, and would book them again if we ran a similar event in the future.
