With 15 years experience working at stately homes on high profile weddings and private dinners, corporate hotels and sporting events catering for thousands of covers, and cosy country pubs in the heart of the Cotswold's, our chef's skills are diverse with immaculate attention to detail and a true passion for flavours, locally sourced sustainable and responsible farming. We can cater for any allergy or dietary requirement, our fully bespoke menus ensure we can trace everything we produce on site and tailor a menu to be completely gluten-free, for example, without compromising on substance for your other guests, or segregating off your clients with dietaries on their own substandard menu. We can offer cold finger buffets, hot fork buffets, fully plated dinner parties from 2 to 10 courses, family service dinner parties, barbecue & slow roast meat packages, vegetarian & vegan packages.
