We are the only independent Street food brand based in Manchester serving proper burgers! Each burger is made in full view of the customer from scratch, no freezers or funny business! Our burgers are 100% beef. We sustainably source the best salads to suit and we hand make a selection of our sauces. We use coconut oil on the grill and season our beef with Himalayan salt and fresh cracked black pepper nothing else! Normally serving from our eye catching marquee we can set up just about anywhere!

While trading we have received attention from the likes of 2 Michelin star chef Michael Caines MBE and celebrity chef Andrew Nutter. We have been awarded for the 2nd year, a level 5 in food hygiene. We are a member of NCASS.

We will provide you with exceptional food and service for any event, from festival themed weddings to a more formal, sit down 3 course meal.
