We take the formality out of dining to produce very refined yet rustic feasts for weddings, private parties & events. We blow the lid off the classic a la carte style dining and introduce vibrant, palette smacking sharing platters where my skills of working along side some acclaimed chefs that each in their own way influence the way I cook and view food. Our team are intuitive, relaxed and confident to ensure that we effectively blend in with your day.
We produce worldly cuisine so no stone is left un-turned because every region/country has a different way of cooking the same ingredient and simply some are better than others, so to restrict the access to the best flavour by sticking to a country is totally nonsensical. Are menu's are not set in stone either, so if you have a particular theme or memorable dish you wish us to produce that is also an option. The suppliers we use are local to Bath and are all independent so I am as close to the source as possible to ensure freshness, consistency & quality.

MAINS "crying tiger" beef ribs jerk monkfish roast aubergine, miso, crushed cashews
SIDES smashed cucumber, pickled watermelon, mint, feta beetroot quinoa, bbq broccoli super food salad new potato, sour cream, chive
