White Noiva is a London-based wedding coordination and stationery studio built around Afro-Caribbean and multicultural couples who want their wedding to feel genuinely like them. We offer day-of coordination across London and the South East, managing your timeline, vendors, and on-the-day logistics so you and your family can be fully present. We also create custom stationery, from invitations and order of service to place cards and menus - designed to reflect the richness of your celebration. For couples dreaming of getting married abroad, we offer destination wedding coordination in Portugal: a setting with incredible venues, warm weather, and real cultural resonance for multicultural families. Our coordination packages start from £900, and every couple receives a tailored approach, because no two weddings, and no two families, are the same. The name White Noiva brings together "White" for contemporary elegance and "Noiva" - the Portuguese word for bride. It's a small detail that says a lot about who we are.

I started White Noiva Events because I kept seeing the same gap. Afro-Caribbean and multicultural couples were planning some of the most joyful, layered, culturally rich weddings and struggling to find suppliers who understood what that actually meant in practice. Not just aesthetically, but logistically.

I come from a background in international business and project management. I am also PRINCE2 certified and used to working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. When I started coordinating weddings, I realised those skills translated directly. Not to sound too corporate, a wedding is a project. It has dependencies, risks, timelines, and people who all need to be in the right place at the right time. The difference is that the stakes are deeply personal.

My experience spans London, the South East, and internationally - including Cape Town, a city with a richness of culture that has genuinely informed how I work. My Portuguese heritage shapes the destination wedding side of the business too. Portugal isn't a market I entered from the outside, it's somewhere I know, and that knowledge makes a real difference when you're helping a couple plan a wedding abroad.

What keeps me going is hearing a couple say they actually enjoyed their wedding - that they were present for it, and that their guests felt it too. That's what good coordination looks like: invisible, seamless, and completely in service of the couple.

Jen has coordinated weddings across London and the South East, including multicultural celebrations and events where two cultures, two families, and multiple vendors needed to come together seamlessly. She has hands-on experience managing complex wedding-day logistics - working across venues where ceremony and reception are split across sites, building rain contingency plans, coordinating vendor teams, and keeping the day running on time without the couple ever feeling the pressure.

White Noiva's stationery service launched in June 2025 and Jen also leads B2B styled shoot production for venues looking to reach the Afro-Caribbean and multicultural wedding market.

Our couples are planning weddings that mean something. Many are Afro-Caribbean or come from multicultural backgrounds - bringing together two cultures, two sets of traditions, and two sets of expectations into one day. They want a coordinator who understands the cultural weight of the day without needing it explained. That said, we work with all couples.
