Our Story
Wilhelmina Mercy was born from a deep love of food, culture, and connection. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant flavours of African and Caribbean cooking, I learned early on that food is more than just a meal — it’s a way to bring people together, celebrate heritage, and create memories that last.
What began as cooking for family and friends soon grew into a passion for hosting and curating elegant dining experiences that honour traditional flavours with a refined, modern touch. That passion became Wilhelmina Mercy, a catering brand dedicated to bringing luxury, authenticity, and warmth to every event.
I’m inspired by the richness of our food culture and the joy that comes from seeing people experience it in new, elevated ways. With every menu, my goal is to showcase the soul of African and Caribbean cuisine — beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and unforgettable in taste. Our corporate clients have included the Premiere league, Playstation, local authority and more.
