The booking was stress free and the staff were great for all of our needs! We used the van for a company event and it was a hit! Ice cream was delicious and reasonably priced

The ice creams were very nice but the person on the van was not very accommodating to the requests from pupils with special educational needs. Some were not able to hold a cone and asked for their ice cream in a tub. He said that we had not ordered tubs. I had not specifically stated that we wanted cones and couldn't see what the issue was as usually when you buy an ice cream whether it is in a tub or a cone it's the same price.
