Our Story
I’m Stacey Brayshaw, founder of Yorstaff, I have many years of experience within event and hospitality management. I have had the privilege of working across venues and events of all sizes — from intimate gatherings to large-scale occasions.
I originally stepped into the events and hospitality industry because I have always been drawn to the energy of bringing people together. There’s something incredibly rewarding about being part of the moments people remember — celebrations, milestones, corporate achievements, and once-in-a-lifetime occasions.
From the very beginning, I was inspired by the fast-paced environment, the creativity behind every detail, and the teamwork required to make everything come together seamlessly. I quickly realised that behind every successful event is a dedicated team working tirelessly to create an atmosphere that feels effortless for the guests.
What keeps me passionate to this day is the impact we can have. A well-delivered event isn’t just about service — it’s about creating an experience. Seeing guests enjoying themselves, knowing that every element has been carefully planned and executed, is what drives me.
