We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Zero Mile Kitchen (ZMK) — a new private fine dining experience led by chefs Jamie Simpson, bringing Michelin-level cookery to homes and venues across Cornwall.

ZMK is built on a simple philosophy: exceptional food, grown and sourced close to home. Every menu celebrates the seasons, local producers, and a commitment to zero waste — delivering creative, ingredient-led dishes that showcase Cornwall’s coast and countryside at their absolute best.

Having trained at the AA College Restaurant of the Year, and ranked 4th in the UK at the National Seafood Chef of the Year Finals, Jack and Jamie have honed their craft in some of Cornwall’s top kitchens — including Ugly Butterfly by Adam Handling. Now, they’re redefining what private dining can be: immersive, sustainable, and utterly unforgettable.
