Beautifully and lovingly converted from an old 1986 Bahill Horse Trailer, our saloon features two large serving hatches, fully trained staff, electricity and water supply along with a 5* food hygiene rating. We can also provide a gazebo and a pop up bar to run alongside our horsebox for larger events and festivals in finer weather.
We can tailor our horsebox bar to suit your event to ensure you get a truly bespoke, flexible and unique service. We provide a wide range of locally produced, quality gin, rum, bottled ales and cocktails. Prosecco, Pims, Mulled wine and cider, or Shot Chocolates are also available. If you do have a specific drinks menu that you would like to provide for your guests, please discuss this with us and we will do our very best to meet your personal requirements.
We develop close working relationships with our local suppliers, and make a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing locally. We are committed to reducing single use plastics, and are using recycleable / biodegradable drinks containers.
We can offer various packages, including welcome drinks, prepaid and a cash bar service. Our mobile saloon is able to cater for any outdoor event or occasion. We can occasionally do indoor events but please bear in mind, we come in a horsebox, and not every venue will be able to accommodate us. Our saloon is lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and its size makes it perfect for events, festivals, weddings, hen parties, christenings, gender reveal parties, business launches, corporate hire, garden parties and everything else in between! We are an LBGTQ+ inclusive business.
We believe a tailored, personal and friendly service is the key to an amazing event. Our saloon has recently been refurbished and rebranded as “The Ginslinger”. We are very adaptable and easy to work with. We will go the extra mile to make your event a spectacular success.

Typical Clients
Our typical events include private celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, gender reveal parties, baby showers and hen parties. We also work with corporate events, business launches and promotional work. We provide services at fairs, festivals and markets. Please note, we are suitable for outdoor events only, unless your event venue can accommodate a horsebox indoors.

Great service provided at short notice
Reliable and friendly supplier, the horsebox looked lovely and enticed visitors to buy a drink! Good selection of drinks available. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant service!
Rachael and her team at the Bubbly Box Mobile Bar were absolutely fantastic! Communication from start to finish was spot on and they provided us with exactly what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. All our guests loved the unique bar and no one went thirsty! I would definitely recommend Bubbly Box to anyone looking for a unique mobile bar and fantastic service.
