The Caddy Cafe

As a health care professional with over 20 years’ experience, I am acutely aware of the importance of good customer service and the need for people to feel looked after. By developing the Caddy Café, I am now looking to branch out by combining my passion for coffee and food with my caring nature, to deliver quality mobile refreshments to events including Festivals, Fairs, Corporate Events, Open Days, Parties, and Charity Events.

What do we offer?

We offer a range of barista-crafted coffees, artisan teas and indulgent hot chocolates, complimented by a range of selected cold drinks and snacks. Our beans have been sourced as close to home as possible, and we are proud to be serving Roberts & Co Coffee from the wonderful Cedar Farm, Mawdesley. This café in the heart of West Lancashire hand roasts its own coffee beans on site and supplies to discerning restaurants across the UK.

Conscious of the need to respect the environment, we will be using locally-sourced milk and biodegradable cups, spoons and stirrers sourced from VEGWARE. This amazing range of products, sourced from plant-based materials, provides a genuine eco-friendly alternative to the paper cups used by the big coffee chains that end up in landfill sites.

Hot chocolate is provided by Marimba and consists of real chocolate flakes added to milk – no instant powders here! In addition, we will be serving Shaken Udder milkshakes. There will also be a range of quality soft drinks and waters – something to satisfy everyone’s thirst.

We are a proud member of NCASS and comply with all of their due diligence processes. As the company owner, I have completed NVQ Level 1 & 2 Food Hygiene, HACCP Levels 1 & 2 as well as Fire Safety. All staff will be trained to Barista SECA standard so you can be rest assured the service will be run by trained and passionate people, crafting a quality cup to all customers.
