Appalling
Absolute joke of a company the food was cold the service wasn't great. I never expected to be stood in the kitchen on my wedding day. The after response wasn't on at all, blaming my guests for their lack of un-organisation. Over priced for what we got. I had to help clear tables after I paid for two members of staff. The mash potato was in tin foil so if you like the foil taste then you will be fine. The specialised food that we ordered was never served. My grandma and maid of honour had a plate of mash due to the shortage of food! My father had a dish especially made for him which never turned up so he ended up ordering a take away.

The Catering booked was an evening option not a wedding breakfast meal, the special dietary requiement was never mentioned on the final number there were 3 trays of mash ample food but unforntunatley there were more people than catered for including bar and other staff. You would never have this option for a wedding breakfast, as all the guests were starving wouldn't let us portion control at all.
The bride knew the choices of the menu everything was confirmed and she it was plenty.
The guests told the staff they hadn't eaten at all which is bizarre for a night food option.
If the bride had told us what the food was for then we would have said this option is not viable.
The 2 staff were to ensure smooth running which was not happening when everyone was starving.
Tin foil trays to serve the food in keep it hot - many outside catering companies use these.
I have spoke at length with the bride and I couldn't come to any resolve.
I have copies of all correspondence and can back up everything that was booked.
We ask for pictures of set up etc and always adhere to dietary requirements. The last text received just said vegetarian did not say the other vegetarian option.
The bride chose to clear the stuff and we would have quite happily done this after everyone had finished.
We are sorry the organiser feels this way about her catering but she choose a menu which was not suited to a wedding breakfast meal.
Less than £10 per head and £5.00 children would have been more like £15.00 per head and £10 for children.
Holly got what she paid for.
