The Chicken Strip

Betty the Bedford came to life this year, after being loving converted from a 1970's campervan to fully fledged food truck. Betty now travels (albeit slowly) across the south east covering Essex, London and surrounding areas to cater for a wide range of events. So far we have catered for charity days, classic car events, private functions and weekly markets. We will also be appearing at various food festivals next summer.

We are a family run business who pride ourselves on great customer service and fantastic freshly cooked food. Our chicken is all hand prepared, marinated and dusted in our signature coating then cooked to order. Our menu is simple but tasty, offering a wrap, burger, strip dog or the original chicken strips. You won't be left hungry!
