Ilaria - Operations and Events Manager With 10 years of experience in the events industry and handling hundreds of events each year, Ilaria is often the friendly voice you’ll hear at the end of the phone and the warm, welcoming face you’ll see at your event. Known for a calm and personable management style, Ilaria keeps the team focused and the event running smoothly, even when things get busy behind the scenes.

Passionate about bringing ideas to life, Ilaria has delivered a wide variety of events, from weddings, intimate celebrations, to large-scale corporate occasions.

One recent highlight was a 500-person corporate Christmas function, providing everything from canapés, bowl food and midnight snacks to full front-of-house and bar service, while coordinating with 10+ suppliers, bringing together every element to deliver the client’s Christmas vision seamlessly.

Another memorable project was a wedding planned over 18 months at a remote site. Working closely with the couple throughout the entire journey, Ilaria managed the logistics of power, water and equipment hire, as well as overseeing the event on-site from set up to clear down — ensuring every detail ran smoothly and the couple’s vision was brought to life.
