We are looking for events, festivals, parties as well as corporate work.
We are based in Lancashire but happy to travel anywhere in the UK for for the right job.
We offer a broad and wholesome menu which includes something for everybody.
We specialise in short notice or last minute cancellation cover - which means if you've been let down by your regular service provider, give us a try - we are always stocked up and ready to Go - as and when required to do so.
We offer a food truck option as well as a buffet service of all our foods. So depending on your event facility and request we can offer you a wide range of options with our food truck being our mobile cooking hub enabling us to create great hot food in even the most rural of locations.
I am the owner and Chef at The Delhi Lama, and I have myself created the bespoke menu based on inspiration from the North Indian as well as British, Mediterranean and Persian cuisines.
I'm also very happy to re-adust any dishes to meet your special dietry requirements or just personal taste. I'm happy to work with you to help create your perfect function, menu based on your budget and requirement.
We offer a classic British burger menu also from our food Truck as well as some meals for the kids - we do this simultaneously with our international dishes meaning we can offer a good all round selection of food enough to keep a wide range of taste buds happy. We also offer bevarages both hot and cold as well as milkshakes and desserts in partnership with some of our friends who specialise in in desserts - to request only.
