The Feisty Mare Mobile Drinkery & Delights

The Feisty Mare is a 1983 Rice horsebox which has been lovingly converted, every piece of reclaimed wood has been cut, sanded and finished by hand along with stunning copper work which creates a warm, shimmering effect when the lights are dimmed.

Candles, fairy-lights and fresh hops complement the tactile timber bars, creating a cosy haven where you are welcome to lean and chat or sample our tipples such as a sweet Raspberry Gin Fizz, Dirty Mojito or a tangy Paloma.

We support our Somerset community by keeping as many of our products as local as possible – with some exceptions, as there are some stunning gins from Ireland, and the Mare is a bit of a traveler after all. At any given time you may find Glede or Twisted Oak ales, award winners Ganley & Naish ciders, 6 O’clock or Psychopomp gins from Bristol or a warming Cornish rum in our little vardo.
