We specialise in authentic Greek Cypriot souvlaki which we cook on a rotisserie charcoal bbq made using British chicken and British free-range pork.

We prepare all veg, salad, and meats at our 5* production facility on our farm in Hertfordshire.

Our catering trailer alongside our marquee is the ideal catering setup. The marquee allows us to cook our meat on charcoal outside giving off amazing aromas and customers see the theatre of the meat slowly cooking.

The catering trailer handles all other areas such as chips, halloumi, prep, and service.
