About The Half Circle Singers
We are a chamber choir of 26 – 30 voices based in Sutton Coldfield. We sing a wide range of music- from Bach to Broadway- and we sing in a wide range of venues, including cathedrals, local churches and National Trust houses. We regularly sing at weddings and at after-dinner entertainments, for which our charges are very reasonable*, and we are happy to sing without charge at local charity events.
*charges are negotiated according to the nature and length of the event and its distance from our rehearsal base in Sutton Coldfield. As a guide, for a traditional church wedding within 20 miles of our base we charge £400.00 (not including an organist). For a 40 minute after-dinner programme within 20 miles of our base we charge £200.00.
