About The Lambassadors
We source our meat from our own family farm in Northamptonshire where possible, or local to the event if further afield. From harissa spiced lamb leg to Argentinian style burgers with chimichurri, our food is always fresh, always cooked over fire and always big on flavour. Obviously we are all about the lamb but we love to mix it up and have a number of different cuisines inspired by recipes from around the world. We also do veggie options using many of the same internationally inspired flavours to ensure everyone is catered for. We can cater street food style out of our home made stall front, or provide sit down banquets.
The Lambassadors aspire to be meat at its most responsible: promoting British lamb to reduce air-miles from unnecessary imports; rearing of own rare breed sheep; recycled materials where possible (even our BBQ is recycled) and strict use of biodegrade packaging; conscious effort to reduce waste through all our processes; FSC approved charcoal for cooking which is almost carbon neutral; and provision of vegetarian options at all events for vegetarians or anyone taking a day off meat.
