The Peel: Wood Fired Kitchen is a fully converted mobile catering van, fitted with an authentic Italian wood fired oven. We use a combination of the finest locally sourced and Italian ingredients in our food, priding ourselves on delivering excellent quality and taste to our customers.
Book us for your next event! From a small celebration to a function on a larger scale, we will happily personalise your menu and cater for your requirements. Your guests can watch our pizzas being freshly prepared and cooked in the wood fired oven. We provide a friendly, professional service. Absolutely perfect! Amazing pizzas!
The peel company arrived to our wedding at cockliffe house in Nottingham and provided a brilliant service. They cooked absolutely amazing pizzas of four different varieties. The guest loved them!! Everyone could just go up and help themselves to slices of pizza in the evening. It was perfect ❤️
Would highly recommend - scrummy pizzas
We booked Tom for a family party. He turned up on time and set himself up quietly. Service was excellent, pizzas being done on rotation and served up as a whole pizza cut into slices so people could help themselves to a slice.
