Very disappointing Service and Below Standard

I feel I must feedback about the service that we have received from this company. There were a number of issues that we had to deal with • The grubby state of the marquee • The mouldy linings • Dirty seat covers • Faulty uplighter. In addition we had an interrupted bar service as the gas was left on all day Chris has still not yet dealt with this matter and has one very unhappy customer.
Fortunately we were able to source another gas cylinder form a local bar - not ideal on your daughters wedding reception.
Very disappointing experience on such a big day.

This customer has been blackmailing me for 3 months. They have threatened to post on my Facebook site and to leave a bad review unless I pay her £550. I have replied to her on Facebook and I have replied on Add to Event. In over 12 years of running Perfect Marquee I have never had such a problem, if a customer raises concerns they are addressed swiftly. This customer complained without any justification and would not let me try and resolve the issues. I have posted pictures of the Marquee on Facebook and have asked her to send me any pictures of the ‘grubby’ Marquee, still 3 months on I have received nothing other than threats to bad review me unless I pay her £550.
