About The Pork Shack
We at The Pork Shack take a modern spin on traditional Filipino food, we reconstruct popular Filipino dishes and turn them into street food feasts!
Our dishes include family favourites Adobo but we have taken a twist on the classic dish and turned it into Adobo Pulled Pork. As well as our pork based dishes we also offer an alternative Pulled Jackfruit vegan dish. All our dishes are served with fried coconut rice and pickled slaw.
Also our menu consists of different Asian cuisines we LOVED when we travelled South East Asia, our Chef Dan has adapted these recipes to make them the best damn tasting thing you’ve ever tried!
All our dishes are freshly made by us, we only use good quality ingredients and we aim to use local suppliers where we can, independent and great quality. We only use British Free-range pork. We make all our own curry pastes, spice blends and sauces.
We ensure we always offer gluten free and dairy free items on our menus.

Would hire them again any day!
I invited The Pork Shack to be our sole hot food supplier at a village fundraising event (Oktoberfest). From the outset, Dan was very communicative and I had a lot of confidence in The Pork Shack leading up to the event. They showed up and were ready to serve as scheduled. Once people started buying food from The Pork Shack, they had a steady queue as the smell of their delicious cooking filled the hall. Attendees thought the food was great, the price was reasonable, and Dan and Kayleigh were lovely.
At the end of the very successful evening, Dan and Kayleigh made a kind donation toward our village hall refurbishment fund (the point of the event), which was very generous and unexpected. 10/10 would work with again.

Great product and an easy efficient team to work with. Fab to have a vegan option available and with the environmentally friendly plates and forks The Pork Shack ticked all the boxes for us.
