Specialising in our gourmet, 12 hour, slow wood smoked BBQ whole pork shoulders for real southern style Carolina pulled pork in our home made BBQ sauces/rubs and Memphis style succulent ribs. All of our premium pork and meat products are seasoned perfectly with our home made dry spice rubs before going on our custom built mobile BBQ smoke pit. Each type of event is approached differently, We'll ensure your function is remembered for all the right reasons.
