The Succulent Swine

Having a passion for food, an opportunity arose that gave me a break from my high-pressure role in sales. This led me to embark on a journey that I’ve never looked back on. I provide locally sourced pork which is then injected with a secret ingredient giving you the most succulent roast pork sandwich.

I’ve kept it traditional, all served in fresh, baked-on-the-day bread cakes, the crunchiest crackling, apple sauce and buttery stuffing all served with homemade gravy. I also offer Jacket potatoes with a selection of hot and cold fillings with fresh salad as a vegetarian option. The potatoes are cooked in a traditional baked Potato oven, this is all served from my vintage rice Beaufort horse trailer.
