The Tasty Muffin Maker

I am a bespoke sugar artist and I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I come from a family of foodies, my father was a master baker and royal icer for 50 years and so was my great granddad and great great granddad, so sugar is in my blood.

After working roughly 20 years in food service at various levels, from opening & owning the first fish &chip takeaway and outside catering in southwest France to head cook at a golf club, then deli chef ,plus working in various types of catering Ibdecided I wanted a break,so went in recruiting for change, stayed there 9 years but food called me back!
So here I am, back in the saddle again for long working days and sleepless nights,but I guess it's part of me.
I make lots of different and completely bespoke cakes and models for all occasions, especially love animals or anything quirky..why be ordinary, Life is to short, why not express your personality in a cake, make it part of the party.
I do not make cupcakes and cake pops or biscuits,that side of baking isn't for me,but if you fancy something that's has your personality written all over it,well I'm your Girl .
