About The Tin Canteen
We have evolved over the past 4 years to now offer several catering options for your event. Whether you want fully loaded hotdogs, fries and nachos, coffee and cakes, comforting pasta pots, our famous delicious grilled toasties or a full on dessert offering we have an option to suit every event. Desserts include freshly cooked crepes, bubble waffles and fruit crumble pots with hot custard and toasted marshmallow fluff!
From a school fete to an international festival, evening wedding feast or birthday treat, our unique, eye-catching retro Airstream style van is sure to add that little extra something to your events!
With our food hygiene rating of '5' you can hire us with absolute confidence!

Delighted to have Karyn there.
First time we did this event - very difficult to accurately predict attendance. Big thank you to Karyn for being there and I hope she felt the day was worth attending. The weather was extremely hot, must have been really difficult working in all that heat!

Utterly Amazing
Karyn was the consummate professional delivering a fantastic offering of delicious crepes and amazing toasties at our Cultural Evening school event. The kids and adults alike loved her food with a range of price points to cater for all budgets and we had loads of great feedback. Karyn was super communicative in the run up to the event and we definitely would love to have them back for the next time.

Wow! The bubble waffles were amazing and the van looks great. An amazing food option for any event you are running. Went down so well with young and old. Prices were reasonable and service from Karyn was brilliant. Would highly recommend and I will be using the tin canteen again!

Communication was great, the team worked well together on the day. They were all incredibly polite and gave great service. The food was just as we wanted with many options for our guests.
