About The Van
'The Van' is a project of BACKUP, a charity based in Bolton providing services to young people who are homeless.
We serve high-quality coffee, tea, soft drinks, and cakes from our converted van with the help of volunteers and the residents on our projects. The residents gain valuable skills and experience working on the van, whilst any profit goes straight back into the charity!
We are available for all types of events, corporate events, private functions, long-term / regular pitches.
What's more, our little van can fit into a variety of spaces without taking up too much space - perfectly adaptable to any space or event!

Very friendly helpful staff
The charity was very easy to deal with. They were very helpful and friendly.
The staff on the day, arrived on time. They were helpful and very pleasant.
The coffee and homemade cakes were lovely and at a very reasonable price.

The staff arrived ahead of time, they were very friendly and efficient and accommodated special requests. Plus: the coffee tastes GREAT and our guests had a great time! The hot chocolate and teas are also of fantastic quality.
