About The Venue Bus
Ruby, The Venue Bus Bar and Bus Team are able to offer a fully functioning mobile bar service. Whilst she is at your event there is an upper deck with seating for up to 32 people. Also available for hire, we can provide outside bistro seating and to go alongside Ruby we have a K6 Phone Box, Royal Mail Post Box and a fully uniformed Guardsman in a Buckingham Palace Sentry Box.
We can cater for your birthday, wedding, corporate event, christening, social gathering, concert or festival to name but a few, please contact us to discuss your event and requirements. We will even consider your funeral!
Coming Soon - A Traditional London Black Taxi with a photo booth to make your event even more memorable.

Over and above what we expected - absolutely brill
Steve, Lara and the team have been unbelievable from the first contact. Despite travelling over 100 miles to be with us for a one off event, everything was professionally handled from start to finish. The Venue bus itself is wonderful, just what we wanted, the prices are unbelievably reasonable, so much so that nearly everyone commented how good this was. What was even more surprising was to see Steve out with a litter picker on the Sunday morning going round the WHOLE site picking up any litter, completely unexpected and just an indication of the service that was provided. All weekend the team got involved in our event and even ended up winning a couple of prizes at the auction. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much guys.

If you want a spectacular looking mobile bar, and a team who will work their socks off to make sure drinks aren’t a problem at your event then I can’t recommend the venue bus highly enough. Sarah and Lara were a pleasure to deal with all day, as well as prior to the event. They sorted all our needs in terms of our custom selection of drinks on tap, had more than enough in bottles and cans as well to give plenty of choice, and gave us the perfect photo op on the top deck with our entire group fitting in perfectly!
I’ve just had one of the best weekends of my life and Sarah, Lara and the rest of the team we’re a huge part of that. They even had a cheeky dance behind the bar while our brass band played! The easiest 5* I’ll ever give.
