The Zen Project

We are a not for profit organisation on a mission to improve peoples mental wellbeing in a fun and innovative way. Our big yellow bus - The Zen Den, came all the way from New York and is now a beautiful space where we run a range of activities all of which boosts mental health. From simple guided meditations to breathwork, sound healing and crafts - we have something for everyone.

The Zen Den covers all of the UK and can be hired for events and we create a schedule that works for you. We have a team of qualified instructors and create activities to suit your audience. We can include pamper sessions, massage, tarot - all from the comfort of the bus.

We work with all ages and abilities and everything we do is suitable for all, no experience needed.
