Based in Manchester, Tigellae offer bespoke mobile catering with a difference. With the help of our Vanstaurant (our Italian kitchen on the road) we want you to experience the best that Italian cuisine has to offer, from beautiful artisan pasta to the lightest, fluffiest tiramisu you can imagine.

Hire our Vanstaurant for your next event and we will bring you a pop-up Italian restaurant that's yours for the day. We specialise in a wide variety of artisan pasta dishes and our menus offer plenty of regional specialities too, such as rustic focaccia, risotto and polenta with beef brasato in Barolo wine.

For dessert, we make tiramisu pots in a variety of flavours including classic coffee, strawberry and limoncello and chocolate and salted caramel, plus many more such as profiteroles, cakes, tartufi and Sicilian cannoli.

Our buffets can feature anything from our home-cured meats and regional cheeses, to hot dishes or tiny, delicious canapes. We have plenty of inspiring example menus that can all be personalised to suit you and your event.
