About Timorous Beastie events
WE LOVE PIZZA... Our new American Airstream is the latest addition to our fleet. Our two ovens have a capacity to deliver 260 fresh wood-fired Neapolitan pizza's an hour with each pizza cooking in just 90 seconds.
Wood-fired pizza is known for its unique flavour and texture, the high heat of the oven caramelizes the crust giving it a slightly sweet taste and the cheese and toppings are cooked very quickly preserving their freshness and flavour.
The smoky taste of the wood fire adds depth and complexity to the pizza’s taste, not a bit of gas insight, 100% wood! Our unit runs off of a 32 amp plug and it is 7.4 meters in length which includes the tow bar.
