Top Dog

We are a family business based in Nottingham with an abundance of experience in the catering industry. In 2018 we decided to take the leap into mobile catering and have not looked back since! We are confident that our customers will love our hot dogs as much as we love making them. We have served at a variety of events, from private functions and pop up street food markets to music festivals and everything in between.

Our hot dogs are cooked over a traditional roller grill to ensure maximum taste. On top of serving our classic hot dog with onions, we also offer various toppings and sauces to provide our customers with the fully loaded hot dog experience. We also serve all of our hot dogs as a vegetarian option for all of our non meat eating customers..

Our custom trailer measures approx. 3m x 2m and guarantees to make a statement to ensure we make an impression at events.
We are a fully operational 'kitchen on wheels' and the cleanliness and hygiene facilities help us towards consistently receiving a 5-star hygiene rating.

Being environmentally friendly is at the heart of what we do. With this in mind, all of our serving trays and cups are 100% biodegradable.
We extend our interest in protecting the environment by having our power supplied from a low noise, eco- friendly inverter generator, which runs at approximately 60 DB (roughly the same noise levels as a normal conversation) and is even quieter once placed behind our trailer to ensure that there is no disturbance.

We comply with all relevant food and hygiene regulations and legislation and are fully insured with public liability insurance up to £5,000,000. We follow strict and safe practices which is reflected in our 5-star food hygiene rating.
Those Involved in the preparation and serving of food hold a food safety Level 2 Certificate. We also hold a full membership with the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS).
