We specialize in American Cuisine (including sides such as mac and cheese, seafood boils, shakes, dirty rice, potato salads and cocktails) and Caribbean Catering; rice and peas, fishcakes/Saltfish fritters, curry goat, souse, fried fish etc).
Our dishes and waffles are always fresh, tasty, and ‘instagrammable.’
We offer a friendly and professional bespoke service to suit the vibe of your event. We can also decorate the venue if you desire a complete package.
We can provide ready-made platters or serve your guests.

Absolutely Brilliant - Highly recommend
We hired Waffle Side Chick for pancake day at my work and all I can say is... WOW... the waffles were AMAZING! Presentation, to portion side, to toppings... they we're delicious! Everything from the start regarding communication and booking to the end of the day of the actual event, everything went really smoothly with no complications. Any queries regarding ingredient/dietary requirements were met with no problems whatsoever. Danielle was always quick and polite with her reponses and was lovely to meet on the day. All of our staff thoroughly enjoyed our waffles and we wouldn't hesitate to hire again. Thank you Danielle and Ronaldo (I can't quite remember his name so sorry if I have it wrong lol!) for everything you did that day. x
