Wild Fire Pizza

On the day of your event we would arrive around 2 hours early to light our pizza oven and set up for serving the pizzas. Depending on the number of guests we would serve from our vintage converted horsebox (for small functions) or from a small gazebo and buffet table beside the horsebox. We usually allow 2 hours for service and an hour to pack up so we are normally with you for approximately 5 hours in total but we can discuss this if it doesn't suit you. 9pm -11pm is the most commonly chosen service time for a wedding evening buffet.
We serve 12''-14'' inch pizzas that are freshly cooked, cut into 8 slices and kept warm on our buffet table for service. We continually replenish the buffet with pizzas to keep them fresh. It only takes around 2 minutes to make a pizza.
We find that on average the guests have around 3 large slices. Of course, some will have a lot more and some will have a lot less

As far as I am aware, we are the only company that serves a hot pizza buffet. More importantly we only hand stretch our dough in an authentic fashion and most if not all other companies use a dough rolling machine which knocks all the life out of the dough.
Whole pizzas are available for up to around 50 guests. Any more and it can create a delay.
Our oven has to be outside because of the smoke from the fire and we like to serve from as near to the oven as possible which usually means an outside buffet or an area close to a door inside so we have easy access to the buffet table.
We serve our slices using environmentally friendly plates and napkins also we cook using locally sourced sustainable wood for the oven fire.
