Wild & Rustic

Wild & Rustic is a pop-up catering company based in the South West Bristol. With a passion for wild foods, we create culinary delights, inspired by the rural countryside, sharing our love through street food and private events, such as weddings, birthdays and cooperate events. We are passionate about providing a unique event catering experience, with the ability to create different and interesting menus, inspired from British countryside cookery with hints of Italian flare. Creating seasonal menus with local suppliers and sourcing ethically sourced meats, preferably wild, along with using modern cooking techniques and bold flavours.

Wild and Rustic was founded in 2014 by Laurence Aspey, who has worked within Rosette and Michelin starred establishments and worked for great names such as Jamie Oliver, Gennaro Contaldo, and Mike Robinson. Weddings - Wild and Rustic offer bespoke wedding catering and have been putting smiles on bride and grooms faces since 2014. With our knowledge of the wedding industry, we provide passion and attention to detail in our events. Offering beautifully presented and delicious food, created by our experienced team who will take every care of every catering aspect, so you can enjoy your big day.

Street food - Wild & Rustic have been trading in Bristol and voted one of the top 10 best new street food traders in Bristol 2015 by Bristol24/7 Magazine. We are a member of the Bristol Eats Street Food Collective events in the City, working alongside some of the most talented traders in the South-West. Over the years we have catered for a number of private events from as small at 8 to 250+ guests. Giving an unforgettable experience, our team of chefs create an unbeatable dining experience.
