The food was fabulous, good value and I can recommend the goats cheese and red onion chutney pizza - really good.

Cutting straight to the chase, the pizza's tasted absolutely incredible; I'd say better than your high street takeaways and big pizza names. Paul was fantastic at staying in touch and recommending number of pizzas (and sides etc) vs number of guests, based on his extensive experience. He came and set up hours before the event so there was zero stress when it was time to serve. He came back and performed 'the big reveal' to the guests, fired up the oven, and started cooking. We had 5 different variety of pizzas, plus a few funny ones like gluten free etc, Paul handled it all excellently. The pizzas came out fast and perfectly cooked every time. The tear down was just as flawless and pain free. I'd have Paul back again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Where to start! Paul is amazing, we had the joy of having Paul attend our intimate wedding reception and he went down a treat as well as the pizza! Everyone was obsessed with the pizza saying how good it was, even the next day! The choices of pizza toppings were great, the communication before hand and over all experience I wouldn’t change a thing! We feel so grateful to have found Paul who is the nicest most genuine guy and have him at our special day, there really is none else we would of wanted there! Great guy, great pizza! Thanks again x

We hired Witham Wood Fired for my 50th party. Paul is great to deal with - professional, punctual and a great communicator. I think it was great value for money and all the guests remarked on the quality of the pizzas. Really terrific service and wonderful food. Would definately use them again.

Paul was fantastic right from the very beginning. My event was a surprise party so he made sure never to call me without prior warning so there was no risk of the birthday boy overhearing. He arrived super early to set up so he was ready well in advance of guests arriving and even offered help if I needed it with setting up for the party. Most importantly, the pizza were delicious. I've had incredible feedback from my guests, some of which were actually Italian, about how fantastic they were. The ingredients were fresh and Paul even bought additional ingredients just in case anyone wanted them. All special diets were catered brilliantly. I wouldn't hesitate to book Paul and his team again
