Our rustic up-cycled pizza bar with traditional hand built stone wood fired pizza ovens reaching 400 degrees and are capable of cooking pizzas in 90 seconds. The pizza bar is fully independent, requires no electrify or water supply and will adapt to any sized location. We have experienced every type of venue from small private gardens to high rise roof terraces (even on the 14 floor).
The dough is the most important part of any good pizza we use Caputo Pizzeria flour which is the secret ingredient to a perfect Neapolitan pizza, our dough is then left to rise for 24 hours. Once we have setup at your venue, the dough is then hand stretched and topped with San Marzano tomatoes, which are prized in Italy for their sweet flavour and Fior Di Latte mozzarella cheese which has a delicate, soft, creamy texture. We use only fresh, quality ingredients for our toppings, we create a unique bespoke menu for each event. A huge hit with our guests is the honey and chorizo pizza with jalapeños which receives many a compliment at the end of the night.
