We are able of offer a range of affordable items or packages to suit you. We have lots of new dishes on the menu for 2023, such as pulled pork, this dish takes twice as long to cook and means the meat stays succulent and literally falls off the bone, it tastes great with a spicy coleslaw and is served in fresh buns or wraps.

We can cater for an occasion or event. private - commercial - corporate We are delighted to take bookings from smaller parties up to really large events of 500 plus (If you have over 500 guests still please ask!) We have trained chefs and serving staff who are equally adept at coping with all situations. All produce is selected by me and cooked from fresh, whether it is a whole Hog roast, Louisiana Beef, Pork ribs, Salmon kebabs or Paella to name but a few.
