About Professional Chef Services
I offer a bespoke personal chef service specialising in designing menus and creating events to perfectly suit your requirements. Dinner parties to BBQs, canapé events to street food, buffets to corporate lunches, what ever your requirements are, please get in touch for more information.
A brief overview of my experience - after finishing a professional chefs catering course at the Birmingham college of food I moved to London, to work at Ninety Park lane, Grosvenor house under consultant chef Louis Outhier. I then moved to Prue Leiths flagship restaurant, Leiths Restaurant in Nottinghill. During my time there we gained 1 Michelin Star. Whilst working in London I also gained experience in the kitchens of Turners Restaurant (Brian Turner) and Le Tante Claire ( Pierre Koffman). On returning to Birmingham I worked as sous chef for Roger Narbett at Sloanes Restaurant (3 AA Rosettes) and Anthony Morgan at The Lombard Rooms (2 AA Rosettes)
Following that I moved to the Worcester area and have been Head & Executive chef at Establishments such as The Colwall Park Hotel (2 AA Rosettes) The Lygon Arms Broadway (3 Rosettes), The Hadley Bowling Green Inn (2 AA Rosettes) Browns Restaurant (2 AA Rosette).
Typical Clients
My Clients tend to be private companies or individuals requiring dinner parties, canapé party's, wedding catering, garden parties, birthday parties, street food pop ups, all forms of mobile catering (for which I have an extensive arsenal including Asian cuisines, hog roasts, paella, fish & chips, pulled pork, slow roast briskets, Mexican and more)

Great caterers and fantastic food
Both arrived with loads of time to spare, they were friendly and chatty throughout. Huge portions which were of the highest quality and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. 100% would use this lovely team again! Many thanks!
Saved our event in so many ways!
We lost a food vendor a week out from our event and Martin came to our rescue and helped us choose a suitable menu for our event. On the day they were prompt and independent - but more than that, another vendor pulled out and rather than worrying, Martin amended his menu to give our customers more choice and they smashed through long queues quickly and efficiently serving delicious food. Amazing communication throughout, HIGHLY recommend and will be using them for all our food needs next year. Thanks guys!
Excellent food. Friendly and efficient service.
We were delighted with the buffet provided for eighty people. It exceeded expectations and many people commented on the delicious food. Setting out, clearing away was all done quietly and efficiently and the service was friendly.

We had a fantastic private dining experience for my 50th in Hereford provided by Martin Lovell and Molly. Food was delicious and large portions. Arrived on time to out in the sticks location with all own equipment. Kitchen was spotless at end of evening. Absolutely would recommend Martin.

I couldn't have been happier with the service
It was a pleasure to deal with Martin Lovell of Professional chef services. The event was so easy to organise with his prompt email replies to any queries. One of our group had food intolerances and that was no trouble at all.
On the actual day of the dinner party Martin arrived promptly, as stated, two hours before the dinner. The waitress and waiter, Laura and Dan, were very attentive and we couldn't fault the service.
Best of all though was the delicious food which our 15 guests thoroughly enjoyed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Professional Chef services.
