We are a small, authentic, family-run, Italian patisserie located in Bishop's Stortford, making everything homemade.

We opened our store 3 years ago during the lockdown and we are in a beautiful, typical English gallery surrounded by other shops, a bit like the Burlington Arcade where inside there is only refinement and elegance of the shops that are part of it.This is what is part of us, creating artisanal, simple and tasty products with elegance, refinement and excellent quality raw materials from Italy.

We can organize catering and buffets for any occasion. From birthday parties for adults and children with personalized cakes, baptisms, and savoury buffets for private parties, dinners, and weddings... we take care of creating mignons of sweets or savoury bites all at the customer's request. Our main feature is our Italian pastry chef, the owner of the shop who inherited his passion as a pastry chef from his family who for generations has always had pastry shops in Italy where they sold sweets and handcrafted typical local delicacies, southern Italy.

To date, thanks to his originality and passion he has managed to make his creativity known thanks to his desserts. Its cakes are typical Italian, filled with fresh creams, variegated with pure pistachio, Piedmont hazelnut, chocolate or fresh fruit and decorated with the original Italian style. In addition to our cakes of all kinds, we are producers of biscuits, macarons, artisanal ice cream, chocolates and savoury foods.

We can create mini bites of all kinds from pizzas, mini sandwiches, arancini, calzones, rustici, focaccia stuffed with ham and cheese or both vegetables and also on request also larger dishes parmigiane, lasagne, rice salads, stuffed cold pasta etc....an assortment of everything, we can prepare any type of Italian dish thanks to our on-site kitchen equipped with all the equipment to create authentic, top quality desserts and dishes.
