About Angelica Food
Following a collective 25 years working at the pinnacle of the fine dining scene in Sussex – and 18 months in top kitchens in Asia and Australia exploring fusion dishes and techniques – we launched our own business, Angelica Food, in autumn 2021 to provide private dining and events catering to clients in South East England and London.
Provenance, locality, and seasonality are at the heart of everything we do. Each week, we work alongside Kent and Sussex farmers and fishers to ensure that the premium produce available on our doorstep is creatively showcased in our visually enticing and flavor-packed dishes.
As private chefs, we offer tasting menus and dinner parties for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. We also offer our professional services for weddings, events, and corporate hospitality customers. Depending on requirements, we can also bring our professional yet friendly front-of-house team, and supply tableware, glassware, linens, and specialist kitchen equipment so you can be assured of not only impeccable and memorable food but also seamless service.

Simply outstanding in every respect...
Anjelica Food provided beautifully presented and delicious food. It was obvious to us they (Jimmy and Maria) have considerable experience in catering, and their food choices were not only impressive but included vegetarian options. All in all, we had a very successful day and would have no hesitation asking them to help us with future parties.
Wonderful food and great service
First things first: the food was incredible and exceeded our expectations. I booked Angelica Food to cook for a small dinner party and Maria and Jimmy were consummate professionals from start to finish, making the whole process as easy as possible. They set up and prepared dinner quickly and were so quiet we wouldn't have known they were there!
Incredible meal
What can I say... wow! What an incredible meal we have had for our family celebration. Communication was fantastic, we were able to accommodate food for all our guests dietary requirements and children. The food was absolutely beautiful. Fine dining, stunning. From the moment they came, set up, served and totally cleared up was perfection. Thank you so much for making this a memorable celebration and we will be booking you again.
