What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us at the Bearded Kitchen to provide an adequate quote we ideally need to know the date of your event, a small description of the event, estimated numbers of guests or friends. Let us know where you are planning to hold your event, the kinds of things you like to eat or which of our services you require.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Not every chef or kitchen is right for everyone same as not every film genre is adequate for every film boff. You need to find someone suited to your event, so ask questions such as pictures of the food, check their food hygiene rating and other places they may have traded. Ask about insurance and deposits make sure they have something in place.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

We are a small family run business who believe in using great products to make amazingly tasty food. 

With a background in working in country pubs, we decided that we would set up our own kitchen to provide fresh homemade products for these events & shows and because Ben is a hairy Viking the Bearded Kitchen was born. 

We love what we do and we love the way our food makes people happy.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Whilst we are fairly new to Add to Event, we have been subcontracted by some of our friends to provide our services to Add to Event contracts. The platform gives security to both client and contractor.
