Event Management is the process we follow in the creation of concepts, the design, planning, and creation of each and every Wedding, Party, or event, no matter how big or small. For each event, goals are agreed upon and set so as to allow continuous monitoring and thorough assessment throughout the process to ensure a successful event.
As everyone and every event are unique we will develop your concept so as to show off your particular character and desires.
The most important first step is sourcing the Venue or Hotel for your Wedding and Party and for which we have access to over 40,000 venues throughout the UK as well as suppliers so as to ensure that nothing is missed for your big day or event.
Typical Clients
Due to the flexibility of our service we have 3 main types of clients:
1. Individuals - Brides and Individuals planning special events. These clients we act as their external PA in sourcing the right venue in the right location. Then once that is done we assist with the planning and securing of suppliers for the Wedding / Party or event and then the running of the event on the big day.
2. Organisations - We deal with a lot of busy PA's and Executive Assistants as well as Marketing and communication departments in assisting with the sourcing of Venues and hotels for Conferences, Meetings and Events. We also work with clients on content for their events as well as any additional requirements including, Teambuilding, Audio / Visual and Hybrid technology as well as translation services.
3. Logistic Services - We are also able to arrange transfers and private hire coaches so as to transport your guests from transport hubs to the venue of your choice.
